Honda at The Avenues

New Construction. Designed and installed outdoor lighting for this multi-purpose facility, featuring an automobile service center and office building.

Target Shopping Centers

New Construction avg. 150,000 sq. ft. Installed all electrical for most of the Target Superstores located throughout NE Florida and SE Georgia.

Florida State College of Jacksonville –

Downtown Campus

Renovation. Two story expansion of the facility.

Duncan U. Fletcher High School

New Construction. Selected by the Duval County School Board to oversee all the electrical wiring involved with the installation of a new science lab for the school.

Shoppes at Bartram Park

New Construction. Installation of parking lot lighting. Perform ongoing facility maintenance, and tenant build outs as needed.

Northbank Riverwalk / Tillie K. Fowler Memorial Park

Facilitated the construction and installation of over one mile of outdoor walkway lighting.

Crowne Plaza / Ruth’s Cris Steakhouse

Remodel/Build. While the hotel remained open for business, a complete remodeling was performed on the hotel and restaurant. Redundant power sources were installed, and ongoing facility maintenance continues to be handled.

Elks Building

Renovation. Entire Elks Building was rewired from bottom up preserving the historic architectual elements of the facility, while modernizing the electrical systems.

The Metropolitan

Data Center. Home to the largest electrical service in Jacksonville, The Metropolitan houses a Data Center with a 16,000 Amp service.

Florida Coastal School of Law

Facility Maintenance. Mardant Electrical provides electrical maintenance for the school.

Moosehaven

New Construction. This multi-purpose establishment is an Assisted Living facility and a Medical Center for residents. Among other electrical needs, a complete lightning protection system was installed.
